These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of 1000 little things, including its website, card collection, browser-based creative tools, and related services (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site provides a browsable collection of colorful prompt cards about everyday moments, along with information about the 1000 little things TikTok trend.

The Site is an independent project and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by TikTok, Tumblr, Just Little Things, or their respective owners. Brand names and references are used only to describe the cultural context of the collection.

You may browse the Site and share links to its public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, republish, or redistribute a substantial part of the Site;
• use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or overload the Site;
• circumvent access, security, or usage controls;
• interfere with the Site or another person's use of it; or
• use the Site for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.

The Site does not require an account. Bookmarks are stored in the current browser, while card images and videos are created on your device. Clearing browser storage may remove bookmarks, and files do not automatically follow you to another device or browser profile.

Feedback is sent through your email application to the address shown on the Site. You retain ownership of material you send, while giving us permission to use the message as reasonably needed to answer it, investigate a problem, or improve the Site.

Do not send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive material. Email delivery and storage are also subject to the terms and privacy practices of your email provider.

The Site's design, code, brand assets, organization, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights in third-party names, marks, images, text, or other materials remain with their respective owners.

Access to the Site does not grant you ownership of its content or any right to commercially reproduce the collection. Nothing in these terms grants rights to reuse third-party material beyond what applicable law allows.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, including analytics, social-media, and hosting providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use their services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
